Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, marketing, operations, etc.) to understand design needs, objectives, and budget parameters for various spaces.
• Develop interior design concepts, sketches, mood boards, and material samples for review and approval.
• Produce detailed design documents, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Manage design projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of design elements.
• Work with project management teams to ensure designs comply with safety regulations and building codes.
• Supervise on-site work during the implementation phase, providing guidance and resolving design-related issues.
• Maintain a consistent design language across all spaces, ensuring that each area reflects the company’s brand identity.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and innovations in interior design.
• Regularly assess and optimize interior layouts to enhance productivity, comfort, and overall design quality.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in conceptual design, space planning, and execution.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Solid understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and materials selection.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity, with the ability to think critically and solve design challenges.
