- Supervise and organize warehouse workers to establish, monitor, and manage operational goals.
- Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and submit reports on time as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the entire warehouse storage in accordance with 5S standards.
- Ensure all warehouse metrics are effectively recorded, summarized, and submitted to the direct superior.
- Maintain the effectiveness of the FIFO system to prevent aging stock.
- Ensure the sustainability of workflow effectiveness, space allocation and utilization, inventory accuracy, and execution of action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures in compliance with legal regulations.
- Minimum education is SPM.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a warehouse team lead.
- An individual who is careful and not prone to making mistakes.
- Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
- Able to communicate, read, and write in basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, outgoing shipments, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Able to drive a forklift or reach truck.
