- Perform day-to-day general administrative filing, data entry and handling correspondence to ensure that documents are easy to locate and properly archived.
- Accurately enter information into company databases, ensuring data is up to date and easy to retrieve.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors with a positive and professional attitude. Provide general information and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence, processing forms, and assisting with report generation.
- Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required.
- SPM / O-level / STPM / Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Language required: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Excellent communication skills.
- Takes initiative, responsible and possess positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience is preferred.
