- As a Customer Service & Logistic Executive, you will undergo a comprehensive training by the company, and eventually able to support the business daily operation which includes:
- Reply to customer enquiry on product information, delivery status & complaints if any
- To give customer price quotation for customize birthday cake, wedding, or events
- Liaise with marketplace, collaborate partners, and corporate clients on order fulfillment and delivery matters
- Candidate must be very fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is a must as your will need to speak to customer who only speak Mandarin.
- Minimum Education Level : SPM and Above
- At least 1 year of working experience in customer service or retail related job scope is required
- A hardworking person with strong self-discipline and pro-active
- We pay RM3,000 – RM4,000 per month depends on your experience and skills
