Administrative Support
- Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and follow up on pending matters.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure the organization of digital and physical records.
Marketing Assistance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in campaign tracking and performance reporting.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences as needed.
- Support the creation, proofreading, and editing of marketing materials.
- Coordinate events, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives.
Communication and Liaison
- Act as the first point of contact for the Director, managing inquiries and screening calls.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of the director.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication within the internal departments.
Project Coordination
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide logistical support for team meetings, including preparation of agendas and follow-up on action items.
Personal Assistance
- Manage personal tasks for the director, such as appointments and travel arrangements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Candidates must possess at least Degree
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts and familiarity with marketing tools.
- Able to communicate Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia.
