- Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure absolute accuracy and compliance
- Process bookings and executes pertinent orders
- Responsible for maintaining timely tracking status accuracy
- Sourcing and qualifying contractors and direct negotiation with carriers for competitive pricing
- Communicate with overseas office / agents / shipping line / clients
- Attend to all clients’ inquiries via telephone or email and to response timely and accurately to their queries
- Responsive to internal and external customers’ call for duty, addressing concerns and offer solutions
- Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Mandarin Speaking required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers
- Can be 1 year experience or No experience required, willing to learn.
- Fresh graduate are also encourage to apply
- Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above
- Proficiency in MS office
- Meticulous, good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player with positive work attitudes
