IT Technical Lead

Resources : 2 Senior [Technical Lead] Technical Knowledge: • A minimum of 5 years of experience in C# .Net, demonstrating strong proficiency in the language. • Expertise in designing and programming Add, Edit, and Delete tasks in C# web forms, ensuring efficient and effective functionality. • Extensive experience in integrating with SQL Server databases, optimizing data management and retrieval processes. • Proficiency in designing and producing comprehensive reports using C#, with the ability to convert these reports into Excel and PDF formats. • Familiarity with Internet Information Services (IIS), ensuring smooth deployment and management of web applications. • Proven experience in developing robust web services using C#, enhancing the overall system architecture. Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative environment. • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Conduct thorough code reviews and testing to ensure the quality, performance, and security of the software. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring successful project execution. • Manage project timelines, resources, and risks, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team. Terms and Conditions: • All related candidate CVs are required to be submitted for review and consideration. • Minimum working hours are 8 hours a day (Monday to Friday), 5 days a week, excluding Malaysia's Public Holidays and Kuala Lumpur's state holidays. • All resources are required to prepare a monthly timesheet. The Project Manager / SME (internal) will approve the timesheet for the purpose of supporting documents for the invoice. PRODATA will not proceed with payment if no supporting timesheet is attached to the invoice. • Candidates are to be stationed at the Prodata office/customer site (limited to Klang Valley). • Candidates required are strictly from the local region (Malaysian Nationality).
