Assist with attending to daily complaints by carrying out inspections as quickly as possible and discussing the course of action Assist with taking hands-on action for minor work, while ensuring major work is completed by contractors Assist with checking M&E facilities, common areas, cleaning refuse disposal, security, landscaping, and other related services Assist with monitoring and checking the condition of lifts, and recording all breakdowns, changes of spare parts, and vandalism Assist with identifying the location of switches for all light fittings in the building, ensuring all switches and fuses are labeled Assist with ensuring that no unauthorized renovation works, electrical wiring, structures, grills, or piping are carried out without approval Assist with keeping proper inventory records of spare parts and tools for accountability in the replacement of parts Assist with familiarizing with existing contractors and ensuring that work is carried out according to the job scope Assist with checking all pumps and equipment weekly according to the standard operating procedure Assist with labeling keys at the guardhouse and maintaining proper records of persons who take keys from the guardhouse Assist with recording daily electricity and water usage Assist with preparing and implementing a planned preventive maintenance program in the form of a maintenance work schedule Assist with supervising and ensuring that all work and service contracts are properly carried out efficiently
