KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILTIES: Assisting Store Manager / District Manager for overseeing store operation and retail team members Responsible for managing outlet keys, compliance on outlet business hour Working closely with Store Manager / District Manager in developing sales strategy and leading retail team members to drive sales and achieve sales target Provide product and customer service training to retail team members regularly Serve customers with best customer service standard Ensure housekeeping is done everyday Ensure cash float, sales collection and monetary related amount are calculated accurately and stored carefully Working closely with Store Manager / District Manager on store operations, manpower issue and provide improvement solutions if any Ensure retail team members follow SOP as per according to Management and Retail Operations Department Ensure outlet appearance is clean, presentable and all merchandise display follow Visual Merchandising guidelines Monitoring stock movement and merchandise level in storeroom and raise to Merchandising team when there is insufficient stock Monitoring and key in Cap Plan, SCORE and attendance Accountable for Loss Prevention & Security not limit to CCTV, inventory and spot checking Update budget for monthly and annually sales target Plan and prepare monthly duty roster of retail team members and ensure they follow their working shift as planned Prepare management report on a monthly basis Perform stock take activity for stores and responsible for stock loss occurred in store Assist team with any other projects on an as needed basis Coaching junior staff and people development Perform any ad-hoc action assigned by the Management JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least a SPM At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or equivalent retail experience Converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage Passionate, dynamic and highly motivated individuals who are willing to take initiative and eager to learn Positive attitude and able to work in a fast pace working environment Possess strong leadership quality with excellent customer service and communication skill Able to work in shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Commercial thinking with sales driven mindset Act as people leader
