Robot Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities : • Keep preventive maintenance check list and service report and other routine records. • Coordinates to install Robotic system, Assembly machine, inspect, repair and maintains the electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and other related system at production line. • Ensure all requisition from production and other section are responded timely and update • To lead to perform Preventive Maintenance activity based on Implementation Schedule are updated • Update repairing activity report is done according Master Schedule • Ensure continuous improvement action plan were implemented to prevent reoccurrence breakdown standardize at other area • Respond to breakdown case immediately action taken corrective and preventive action are taken in order to prevent production line stoppage Requirements : • Candidate must possess at least SPM/SPMV/SKM or Diploma in Machine Maintenance and repair and its equivalent • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English • At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in automotive industry or related field is required for this position. • Knowledge in Welding Machine, Robotic System, PLC System and automation system functioning
