i) To ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly recorded and updated in the store system ; ii) To arrange the goods orderly and systematically to allow easy retrieving as well as stock take ; iii) To ensure the stock level is maintained properly, both the minimum stock level (to avoid shortage) as well as maximum stock level (to avoid overstock); iv) To conduct stock take as and when required to ensure the physical stock is tally with the records maintained in the store system ; v) To ensure the issuance of the goods as in line with the Company’s policies
