Teacher, Physical Education (PE) - Sports

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Conduct PE lesson according to POS  Coach students in certain sports  Assist students during MSSD, MSSK and MSSM tournament  Coordinate CCA and ECA  Plan and organize sports day and other sports activities in the school i.e. Regent Run, Sports Carnival, Inter House Challenge etc.  Provide the opportunity for students to play fixtures within school and against other schools  Enable students to develop socially and personally from participation in sport  Discover and develop talents of students in physical achievements.  Ensure equipment is checked and safe to use.  Provide technical advice to the staff and students and keep them up to date on policies and procedures  Establish and maintain links with community sports and physical recreation clubs and agencies D. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Qualification: Minimum Degree in Physical Education or Sports related studies Skills & Knowledge Required:  Good communication skills  Able to work independently with minimum supervision Experience:  Minimum two(2) years’ experience as a Teacher in Sports or Physical Educations Personal Requirements:  Able to multi-task and manage stress appropriately.  Result oriented and good planning & organizing  Positive work attitude and good leadership  Young and Energetic __________________________________
