PROTEGE TRAINEE (SUPPLY CHAIN / PROCUREMENT)

General Job Scope: The incumbent will be responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service experience to customers and stakeholders as well as internal affiliate through daily management and through prompt and accurate orders processing. Tasks and duties: - Maintaining of Customer Service requirements in accordance to the service scope contracted with existing and future clients in accordance to the requirements of the industry by regulatory agencies and the Ministry of Health. - Handling important sales administrative tasks, such as order processing, maintain, manages and update of customers’ database. - Responsible to ensure all customers order are processed promptly and accurately in meeting high demand and expectation. - Ensure that the orders are handled efficiently and accurately in a timely manner. - To key in orders into the system immediately upon receiving order from customers. - Act as a first point of client, customer and principal contact for general inquiries and complaints feedback including with queries about orders or deliveries in a professional manner. - Performs orders through telephone calls with customers in a professional manner, fast accurate and efficient. - Providing accurate general/non-general information to customers/principal seeking information. - Working as a team by effectively communicate with other SC, supervisors and other co-workers. - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as being instructed by the management from time to time. - Adhering to instruction from superior to attend to other task as and when required. This is a 12 month PROTEGE training program whereby selected applicants will be fully trained by immediate Manager or seniors in the department on the operational function of the department. Trainees will be getting a monthly training allowance of RM 2000.00 per month with SOCSO and EIS contribution. Trainees will also be entitled to 8 days of leave for the duration of the training and 14 days of medical leave.
