Technician

1. To maintain and troubleshoot all electrical system at KCK Pharmaceutical Industries Sdn. Bhd. manufacturing site. 2. To maintain and troubleshoot all production equipment at KCK Pharmaceutical Industries Sdn. Bhd. manufacturing site. 3. To maintain, troubleshoot and monitor all utilities equipment at KCK Pharmaceutical Industries Sdn. Bhd. manufacturing site. 4. To execute the plant maintenance work order and to carry out all the scheduled Updating and maintaining facilities, utilities and production equipment history/record for GMP audit purpose. 5. To plan and procure the necessary equipment and jigs/fixtures spare parts for the department according to the approved procedure 6. To strife to achieve facilities, utilities and production equipment are functioning at 98% overall efficiency with minimum breakdown. 7. Able to troubleshoot facilities, utilities and production equipment effectively with minimum downtime. 8. To ensure the effective execution of the department work order system 9. To complete project activities per schedule with minimum cost, GMP compliance with high effectiveness.
