QA/QC EXECUTIVE | PENGERANG

Quality Assurance: Develop and implement QA systems, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with industry standards. Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to the quality management system (e.g., ISO 9001). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous quality improvement. Quality Control: Inspect and test materials, products, and equipment to ensure specifications are met. Oversee incoming raw materials and final product quality checks. Identify defects and initiate corrective actions to address non-conformances. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate QA/QC records, including inspection reports and test results. Prepare detailed quality reports for management and external stakeholders. Ensure timely documentation of deviations, corrective actions, and preventive measures. Training and Development: Train employees on quality procedures, standards, and compliance requirements. Promote quality awareness across all levels of the organization. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and standards related to the industry. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.
