*****Applicable for Native HindiSpeaker Only***** Specialist, Renewal Sales Job Description • This position is responsible for growing revenue within locked book of business of client's accounts by uncovering new revenue growth opportunities and preventing churn. • Ensure Maintenance Contracts are renewed prior to expiration, engage with regional RSRs, internal Sales counterparts, Global Account Managers, partners and customers on all aspects of the sales cycle, from quotation to close. • Account management of specified accounts • Develop and manage customer relationships, positioning the value of PaaS/SaaS to each customer to protect & grow revenue stream. • Meet set targets for revenue, retention rates. • Preparation of renewal orders in accordance with customer contracts and business practices • Sales forecasts - providing accurate forecasts for allocated territories. Job Requirements & Technical Skills • Min 5+ years sales experience, ideally within the renewal space in enterprise IT or Cloud Service Providers • Proven Success within an Inside Sales Environment, Renewals • Ability to work effectively and proactively in a cross-functional team environment, including management, field sales, implementation, and related internal staff to move renewal process to successful close. • Maintains timely and accurate records of all interactions with customers and internal departments via proprietary CRM and weekly meetings, providing detailed feedback and recommended next steps. • Proficient with CRM Software and strong understanding of cloud solutions esp. in SaaS. • Understanding of local market and local business environment for SEA. • Native/Advanced Business Proficiency in Indonesian language.
