C&S Site Supervisor

1. Monitor and supervise daily construction activities at site; 2. Assist the Sr. Site Supervisor / Construction Manager with documentation, keep detailed records of job modifications, and keep a daily log of job site events; 3. Assist the work-site management team in monitoring and managing the operations team; 4. Assists the office team in the documentation for claims, daily site report, taking site progress pictures, checking and taking of site measurements, checking of claim's quantity material's quantity needed at site; 5. Coordinating and ensure all materials delivered to site are as per approved specifications; 6. Preparing work schedules, ensure projects are carried out according to work schedule and quality standard / work in tight schedule and deadline; 7. Communicating with team members, sub-contractors, architects, and clients; 8. To record and report to the Sr. Site Supervisor / Construction Manager for daily work progress and any site issues; 9. Able to attends any emergency case during on call duty; 10. Ensuring company's machinery, tools and equipment are properly handled and well maintained; 11. Minimizing material site wastage and monitoring work labour's efficiency; 12. Upkeep of site condition and good site management; 13. To monitor and brief workers on safety requirements at site; 14. To monitor and supervise work progress at site in accordance with the project schedule, drawing etc; 15. To liaise and coordinate with main contractors, consultants at site to ensure timely completion of project; 16. To plan progress activities to schedule; 17. To report daily to Sr. Site Supervisor / Construction Manager on site progress; 18. To prepare and record site progress on daily, weekly, monthly reports to submit on time; 19. Follow all safety instructions given on the job site, and immediately inform the site management team of any accidents or rules violations; and 20. To perform other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
