Please send email with your resume, salary expectation, notice of starting to work to [email protected] Job Summary: As a site agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of construction projects by overseeing activities at the construction site. You will work closely with architects, project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications. Key Responsibilities: Participate in project planning meetings to understand project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints. Coordinate with clients , engineers, subcontractors, and project manager to develop detailed construction plans and schedules. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion. Issuance of RFI, material approval submission, material QAQC for MOS and other documentation works Site Supervision: Supervise construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure quality control. Address any technical or logistical challenges that arise during construction. Resource Management: Coordinate the procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and manpower needed for construction activities. Monitor resource utilization and take proactive measures to optimize efficiency and minimize waste. Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor used on-site. Quality Assurance and Safety: Implement quality control measures to ensure that workmanship meets industry standards and project specifications. Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Conduct regular safety inspections and provide training to site staff on safety procedures Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding on-site activities and project progress. Provide regular updates to clients on project milestones, challenges, and resolutions. Address client concerns and maintain positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Working with Project Manager Able to provide documentation and prepare reports for the project manager Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering, or related field. Proven experience working in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office suite. Certification in relevant safety standards (e.g., OSHA) is preferred. Working Conditions: Site agents typically work on construction sites, which may involve outdoor work in varying weather conditions. The role may require frequent travel to different project sites. Site agents often work long hours to meet project deadlines and address unexpected issues.
