Drafter Job Description To prepare M&E drawings for submission Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings, ability to draw manually favorable, but not essential To maintain all the documents in relation to the drawings in order as per the ISO procedure To draft Electrical & Mechanical engineering drawing in Autocad / SolidWork as well as 3D modelling tools Assist Project Engineer and Project Manager in understanding the project needs and transform those inputs into the drawing Analyse any drawing issues or clashing and highlight to the relevant personnel Assist on documentation during conceptual and detailed design development stage Conduct self-check on drawing to ensure accuracy and quality and make update as needed Provide support to production and sales team by clarifying design specifications To provide design and drafting support to the Production and Sales Department To prepare and circulate all shop drawing to the Production Department Any other works as directed Research Job Description Identify new research materials, tools, and subscriptions that enhance research capabilities Recommend and implement improvements to research processes and tools Plan and perform experiments and surveys, oversee new product / raw materials and suppliers Collating data from different sources, record and analyzing information and draw inferences and conclusions To manage raw material sourcing, research and development on products in order to ensure compliance to specifications and regulations, fulfill market and customer requirement Ensure records are properly maintained and easily accessible for tracking issues Carry out assignments as required by management Provide support in preparing presentation materials and reports and presenting research results to the committee, executives, and other relevant parties Work closely with Directors and other team members to understand research needs and objectives
