Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our indoor playground. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children, while also maintaining excellent customer service standards for families and visitors. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Oversee daily operations of the indoor playground, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the play areas, equipment, and facilities. Monitor inventory levels for supplies, snacks, and merchandise, and place orders as needed. Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Customer Service Greet customers, handle inquiries, and address any concerns or complaints in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure the highest level of customer service and a positive experience for both children and their guardians. Act as a point of contact for special requests, group bookings, and private events. Staff Management Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including playground attendants, front desk personnel, and cleaning staff. Schedule shifts and manage daily attendance to ensure adequate staffing levels. Conduct regular team meetings, provide ongoing training, and promote a culture of teamwork and safety. Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards, including child safety protocols. Conduct routine safety inspections and implement corrective measures when necessary. Respond promptly to accidents, injuries, or emergencies and document incidents as required. Event Planning and Coordination Plan and oversee special events, birthday parties, workshops, and seasonal activities. Collaborate with staff to design engaging and age-appropriate activities for children. Coordinate with parents, vendors, and performers to deliver memorable and well-organized events. Marketing and Promotion Work with the marketing team to promote the indoor playground through social media, online platforms, and community partnerships. Assist in implementing promotions and membership programs to increase customer retention. Actively seek feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for new offerings. Financial Management Oversee daily financial operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-day reporting. Assist in budget planning and manage expenses to align with budget goals. Analyze performance metrics and customer feedback to identify revenue growth opportunities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a family entertainment center, hospitality, or similar customer-facing environment. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Knowledge of safety and first aid protocols, especially concerning children. Proficient with POS systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office. Other Requirements: Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
