Beverage Trade Specialist

1. Sales and Promotion: Actively engage in the promotion and sales of our beverage products to retail outlets, convenience stores, and other potential customers within Kota Kinabalu. 2. Stock Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of beverage stock to assigned stores and vending machines, keeping track of inventory levels and managing stock rotation to maintain product freshness. 3. Payment Collection: Collect payments from customers, ensuring accuracy in billing and adherence to payment terms, and submit collected amounts to the finance team in a timely manner. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers, buyers, and other key personnel to drive sales and ensure product visibility. 5. Vending Machine Management: Monitor, refill, and maintain vending machines within the assigned area, ensuring they are fully stocked and in working condition. 6. Market Analysis: Observe and report on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities to help improve sales strategies and product positioning. 7. Sales Reporting: Track and record daily sales activities, manage stock levels, and submit timely reports on sales performance to the management team. 8. Experience: Prior experience in selling or promoting beverages, preferably in a retail or convenience store environment. 9. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing certifications are a plus. 10. Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Basic understanding of handling and maintaining vending machines. o Strong organizational skills for stock delivery and payment collection. o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 11. Transport: Must have own transport for traveling to customer locations and delivering stock. 12. License: Must possess a valid driver’s license. 13. Basic Salary + Commission: Competitive base salary with commission incentives. 14. Fuel Allowance: Monthly fuel allowance provided for travel within the sales area. 15. EPF and SOCSO Contributions: Full contributions to the Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and Social Security Organization (SOCSO). 16. Flexible Working Hours: Flexibility to manage work hours around store operations and customer needs. 17. Training Provided: Onboarding and sales training will be offered to familiarize you with our products and vending machine operations.
