Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to arrange transportation. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping. Prepare and process shipping documents and invoices. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments. Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations. Maintain and update logistics databases and systems. Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures. Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage stock levels and storage. Handle customer inquiries and provide updates on shipment status. Conduct regular audits of logistics processes and systems. Assist in the negotiation of contracts with suppliers and carriers. Support the logistics team with administrative tasks as needed.
