Procurement Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain compliance with Procurement Policies and the External Contract manufacturing standards • Drive implementation of Category strategy within the region • Supports escalation and discussion with Regional suppliers for Quality, Regulatory, CSC and service Issues • Lead negotiation with Regional suppliers • Implement formal contracts utilizing standard global templates, the contract management system and legal resources to meet business needs for regional suppliers • Planning and execution of Regional RFI & RFPs including lead of supplier selection session and participation in global activities as needed • Lead Risk Assessment plans for Regional suppliers and support Global activities • Coordinate with functional team to ensure supplier compliance with social compliance and human rights. • Initiate pricing request for new codes requested by the regional business team • Align with regional suppliers on final pricing for new items and share list with Procurement Associate • In accordance with regional supplier agreement and pricing index, finalize pricing updates per the cadence identified • Lead investigation and resolution of invoice discrepancies and late payment issues with regional suppliers • Drive resolution of claim disputes with regional suppliers • Product Trial pricing setups and pricing negotiations • Initiate supplier set up in the system (SAP) • Enter and maintain entries for Regional Procurement savings programs • Coordinate any necessary exits from current suppliers and any necessary transitions from current to new suppliers in support of regional needs
