• Sales Executive experience in selling IT Professional Services, Consulting and Software. • Working on a Go-To-Market plan for Malaysia across various clients across industries • Understanding client requirements and working with solutions team to provide the right solution. • Implement strategy to engage a value based and consultancy led sales process that will increase the volume of business • Achieves sales targets established by the Head of Sales and implements sales strategies as a member of sales team. • Work with the extended sales team to maximise performance in terms of revenues, growth targets and profits, delivered against company performance targets. • Demonstrating exemplary individual sales performance involving direct involvement in high profile sales pitches. • Managing clients and harvesting business cross selling within different client business units. • Sales Executive, IT Professional Services should have 3-8 years’ experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry. • Proven experience in Selling IT related services to Enterprise clients for e.g. BFSI, Telcos, Manufacturing, etc. in one or more of Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore • A self-starter, who is able to operate successfully in this dynamic & a fast-growing start-up environment without the support of an extensive support system.
