- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Help process invoices, track payments, and assist in managing day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Sales and Service Tax (SST) Preparation & Reconciliation: Assist in the preparation of SST returns (Sales Tax and Service Tax) on a periodic basis.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, organizing documents, and preparing reports.
- Ad-hoc Financial Tasks: Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the finance department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry, pivot tables).
- A proactive and results-oriented attitude, eager to learn and contribute to the team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in finance or accounting.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,300.00 per month
