  • Conduct regular site inspections and address technical issues promptly.
  • Monitor contractor performance and progress.
  • Technical Support
  • Provide technical advice to contractors and project teams.
  • Interpret and ensure the proper implementation of project plans and designs.
  • Quality Control
  • Conduct inspections to ensure materials and workmanship meet specified requirements.
  • Report and document defects, deviations, or non-conformance to standards.
  • Safety Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate safety risks on-site.
  • Coordination and Communication
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for project coordination.
  • Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports.
  • Documentation

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
