About us:
Poji's Tempe is a based company located in Bukit Gambir, Tangkak, Johor. We are a company that produce tempe by using a good quality of soy bean. We are committed to supply our product to all over Malaysia including in northern area. Our goal is to be able to give a good service to our customers and expand our business in the process of manufacturing and supplying progressive fresh tempe to the local market.
At the moment, we manage to have seven (7) outlets in Malaysia which are in Bukit Gambir, Batu Pahat, Pontian, Seremban, Sabak Bernam, Kuala Lumpur, and Kedah. We are grateful that our product has been certified by Halal Jakim, My Food Tag, MesTI and Buatan Malaysia as this has given us a competitive advantage.
Main accountabilities
- Assist in marketing campaigns: Help plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and website content.
- Content creation: Support the creation and scheduling of content for social media channels, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Event coordination: Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, product launches, and client engagement activities.
- Market research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support marketing strategies.
- Data analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant tools and provide reports to optimize marketing activities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, PR, and retail, to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Administrative support: Provide administrative assistance for the marketing team, including preparing presentations, organizing marketing assets, and tracking marketing expenses.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the luxury and fashion industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and marketing analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
- Able to work with others to maintain and build cross-functional (internal and external) relationships
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to effectively disseminate information in a clear and concise manner
- Strong organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
- Good communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently, strong multi-tasking ability and detail-oriented
- Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Pay: RM300.00 - RM500.00 per month
