ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Support
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and etc for executives.
- Maintain office files and records, ensuring they are updated and accessible.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Office Operations
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and procurement of equipment.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office equipment and address technical issues.
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and courier services.
- Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy
Compliance and Policies
- Assist in ensuring office policies are followed.
- Support in administrative tasks related to compliance with company regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
- RM2,500 – RM3,500 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Annual Leaves + Staff Benefits
WORKING HOUR:
Monday - Friday; 8.00am-5.00pm
