Account Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly payroll
• Prepare, compile, and analyze account information of a company’s assets, liabilities, incomes, and expenses account entries.
• Enter account and financial transactions according to verified documents.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Secure financial information by completing database backups.
• Update client on all relevant submissions before the due date such as audit, tax submission, etc.
• To handle administration-related matters.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a full or partial professional qualification (ACCA, CPA ,or equivalent), Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Banking or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of accounting experience, experience from an account firm/agency is an advantage.
• Well-versed in MS applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); practical knowledge of various accounting and payroll software is an advantage.
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to deliver under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Able to work as a team player, self-motivated and disciplined
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients
