  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Accountabilities/Duties:

  • Review Management Report prepare by subordinate
  • Assists with client requests or issues to maximize their entitlement
  • Ensure management report deliver timely to client
  • Communicate with clients clearly on the progress of monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/yearly account.
  • Monitor department target performance and collection
  • Build a relationship with clients.
  • Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues
  • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or other related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel essential) and good knowledge of Word and Accounting Software
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in working styles
  • Organised, detailed and deadline-oriented
  • Pro-active manner, willing to offer new suggestions and share knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Ability and willingness to take on duties outside of job specification
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Able to work both in a team environment and independently
