Introduction :
Under the direction and supervision of the General Manager and Human Resource Department, the Admin Assistant is assisting both General Manager & Human Resource Department to carrying out the following administrative functions :
General Duties :
a. Assist Manager with communication will all level of staff.
b. Prepare agendas, meetings and organise meeting required by the Manager.
c. Attend meetings exclude the personal department meeting example maintenance meeting, sales meeting etc. Department meeting will be organise by respective department assistant. Manager as advisor only.
d. Responsible for maintenance of all records and information and ensure that the confidentiality of all information is well maintained.
e. Keep track and record all filling cabinets, files, office furniture etc.
f. Able to work alone and accept full responsibility for carrying out assigned duties.
g. Cultivate and maintain a comfortable working relationship with the staff
h. To take minutes of any meetings held in the park or organised by the PM at any time.
i. Responsible for collecting all information required by the PM and also carrying out assigned administrative duties.
j. Assist Human Resource Department in certain aspects that involving proper documentation for Human Resource.
k. Perform any others duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Required)
Experience:
- Admin and Human resources: 2 years (Required)
