1.1 Prepare and cook ingredients for daily buffet, function and coffee break.
1.2 Set up daily buffet breakfast, lunch, function, coffee break And buffet dinner on time follow the events schedule.
1.3 Prepare standby item items for refill always check time to time the buffet items for refill.
1.4 Ensures that there is no wastage in storerooms, refrigerators and freezers.
1.5 Look into all equipment and instruct the subordinates on how to use it properly.
1.6 Make sure all the refrigerators are clean at all times and well stocked.
1.7 Pick up store, fresh marketing items and double checks the items issued with the food requisition.
1.8 Ensures clean and arrange the dried items and fresh good item in proper storing area.
1.9 Reports all accidents, health and safety hazards to the Sous Chef.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
