Customer Service Executive (Call Center)
Full-Time position
Working Location : Ampang Jaya - Common Ground, Jalan Kolam Air Lama, Ampang Jaya, Selangor (Near Ampang Puteri Hospital / Ampang Point Shopping Mall)
Basic Salary: RM 2,000- RM2,800 (Monthly)
Fix Attendance Allowance: RM200 (Monthly)
Working Days: Monday – Sunday (5 working days & 2 rotational off days )
Working Hours: (8.00am - 5.00pm, 8.30am - 5.30pm, 9.00 am - 6.00pm, 10.00 am - 7.00pm, 11.00am - 8.00pm, 12.00 pm- 9.00 pm)
Job Description:
- To handle inbound calls, addressing inquiries, problems, and complaints from customers with the objective of resolving issues and providing excellent first-contact resolution.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.

- Good communication skills in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English are a must.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fast learner who can adapt to changes.
