Electrical Maintenance Technician (Day Shift)

Purpose of the Role

• Will be a member of the Maintenance & Facility Team, and responsible for ensuring the Maintenance job activity meets the company goal, complies with safety requirements, and is able to demonstrate a good work etiquette as per maintenance requirement.
• Will work closely with the Production team and will be expected to attend the maintenance daily meeting/briefing.
• Strong analytical and technical skills to troubleshoot and propose solutions.
• Able to perform shifts on weekends and public holidays.
• Able be 24 hours on-call standby.
• Must be highly motivated with positive attitude and self-driven.
• Good team player and ability to multi tasks.

Responsibilities

• To carry out a wide range of general maintenance & repair activities in and around the factory facilities related including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.
• To take responsibility for all repairs and scheduled maintenance & cleaning of the various equipment, machines, and infrastructure around the site.

Key Activities

• Machine daily checklist checking, conduct the preventive maintenance activity, troubleshoot and repair the machine during downtime, doing and complete the daily task assign by supervisor.
• 5S keeping for machinery and workshop.

Reporting Lines & Supervision

• You will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirement

• At least a SPM/Professional Certificate in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• minimum (3) years’ experience in building management and facilities field will be an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Willing to work at Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
