    Organizing events & conferences.

    To assist in attending visitors, guests, and clients during functions/ corporate visits/ offsite meetings.

    To attend and prepare minutes of operation meetings, and follow up with the necessary action.

    Accompany to meetings (if required). 3. Market research and any necessary assistance when needed.

    Liase with designer, suppliers and mall leasing team and others for product development.

    Setting up company’s internal policies and Employees Handbook

    Recruitment – posting job, screening incoming resume, and arranging interview.

    Ensure all Operation Team / Outlet SOPs are effectively carried throught the Company. Business Development

    Identify and secure new potential market o Search for suppliers / dealers contact o Liase with suppliers / dealers regarding collaboration T&C (From start to end) o Prepare company profile / Proposal – for collaboration terms o Make appointment for meet up with suppliers / dealers with (when necessary)

    Follow up necessary information after meeting Marketing research and necessary asistance to manager to an agreed market development strategy.

    Provide solution based on market needs when necessary

    Liase with designer, suppliers and mall leasing team and others for product development.

    Any other additional ad-hoc tasks given by manager.
