  • Update and manage the schedule and diary for all events, meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in recording, capturing and categorizing the expenses.
  • Manage inward and outward documentation including memos, mails, emails, faxes and verbal messages.
  • Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records for accounting purposes.
  • Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents and presentations.
  • Perform analysis of data and trends to proactively deliver insights about operational performance and drive improvements.
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies/ Business Studies or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years experience in secretarial environment;
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and up-to-date with advancements in office applications and systems;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts, both internal and external;
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively;
  • Good organizational skills, keen attention to detail and aptitude for problem solving;
  • Able to work independently with little supervision and in a fast paced environment;
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
