- Update and manage the schedule and diary for all events, meetings and appointments.
- Assist in recording, capturing and categorizing the expenses.
- Manage inward and outward documentation including memos, mails, emails, faxes and verbal messages.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records for accounting purposes.
- Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents and presentations.
- Perform analysis of data and trends to proactively deliver insights about operational performance and drive improvements.
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Studies/ Business Studies or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years experience in secretarial environment;
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and up-to-date with advancements in office applications and systems;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts, both internal and external;
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively;
- Good organizational skills, keen attention to detail and aptitude for problem solving;
- Able to work independently with little supervision and in a fast paced environment;
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
