Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.
-Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
-Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Inventory Management:
-Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and replenishment.
-Assist in receiving and stocking new merchandise.
-Organize and maintain a clean and well-stocked store environment.
Store Operations:
-Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
-Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
-Participate in store cleaning and maintenance tasks.
-Support marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a pharmacy setting.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems.
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and guidelines (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
