Here's a breakdown of the job scope:
1. General Administrative Duties
- Handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Managing client records, worker profiles, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Scheduling appointments for interviews, medical check-ups, and training sessions.
- Preparing and filing necessary documents for maid applications, permits, and renewals.
- Coordinating with government agencies (e.g., MOM in Singapore) for work pass applications and compliance.
2. Customer Service
- Attending to client inquiries and providing information about available domestic helpers.
- Assisting in matching clients’ requirements with suitable candidates.
- Resolving any complaints or issues between clients and domestic helpers.
- Following up with clients and domestic helpers to ensure satisfaction.
3. Recruitment and Screening Support
- Assisting in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews between clients and candidates.
- Verifying candidate documents and conducting initial screenings.
- Managing arrival logistics for foreign domestic helpers (e.g., airport pickups, accommodation arrangements).
Key Skills Required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
