• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Manager and other departments as needed.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and coordinating appointments for the project management team.
• Track project timelines and ensure timely submission of required documents and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project workflows.
• Ensure accurate documentation for legal and regulatory compliance, including building permits and
safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with industry regulations, including safety standards, environmental
requirements, and labor laws.
• Help manage safety documentation, incident reports, and ensure that all employees are up-to-date on required certifications.
• Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of important project documentation, both in physical and
electronic formats.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and external vendors to coordinate and compile necessary
documentation for ongoing projects.
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Minimum with 1 year of relevant working experience at the managerial level preferably in Construction or its related industry.
- Great knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
- Good in interpersonal skills, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with the Project Team.
- Good working attitude
- Able to converse in Mandarin and English Language.
