Project Executive

• Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and production, to define project scope and objectives.• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and risk management strategies.• Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, address challenges, and communicate updates to stakeholders.• Prepare and present project reports and documentation to management and clients.• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during project execution.• Maintain relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout the project.

• Degree in Engineering (preferably in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering) or a related field.• Prefer minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management or engineering roles within the semiconductor industry.• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.• Proficient in project management tools and software.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Able to communicate and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
