We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our client's team. The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient HR operations, and providing excellent service to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling of interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates
  • Coordinate background checks and reference checks.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

  • Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and HR policies
  • Assist with employee offboarding, including exit interviews and processing termination paperwork

Others

  • Assist in payroll audits and compliance checks as required
  • Handle any admin duties assigned by supervisor
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a coordinator or administrative capacity
  • Open to fresh graduates degree with minimal experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Details :

  • Working days/hours : Monday - Friday / 9AM-6PM
  • Working location : The Gardens North Tower (nearby LRT Abdullah Hukum)
  • Status : Contract
  • Duration : up to 12 months (subject to extension based on performance and approval)
