Senior Marketing Team Lead
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the Omni-Channel project, ensuring seamless integration across all channels.
Content Creation and Management
- Oversee the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and newsletters.
- Ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms, focusing on product promotions and brand visibility.
Event Coordination
- Plan and organize online and offline marketing events to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Ensure successful execution and post-event analysis for continuous improvement.
Social Media and SEO
- Manage and optimize social media channels, aiming for a 10% monthly increase in engagement.
- Lead SEO initiatives to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Collect, analyze, and report on marketing data to support informed decision-making.
- Implement strategies based on competitive analysis and market trends.
Team Leadership and Development
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the team.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Senior Marketing Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing the shared marketing division within the RevOps department. This role focuses on driving strategic marketing initiatives, leading the Omni-Channel project, and ensuring data-driven decisions across all marketing activities. You will oversee the development of marketing content, manage social media channels, and organize events while providing guidance and mentorship to the junior marketing team. Your role is pivotal in aligning marketing strategies with overall business objectives, focusing on generating leads, enhancing engagement, and supporting the growth of Mindful Solutions' key products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS OR REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing, content management, social media, and SEO strategies.
