Assistant Company Secretary
- Assist the Company Secretary in daily tasks such as document filing, preparation of meeting minutes, and reporting to SSM.
- Ensure company compliance under the Companies Act 2016.
- Prepare related documents, including resolutions and annual filings.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in promoting the company’s services to new clients when necessary.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Admin, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate secretarial work or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
