Sales Engineer

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.

  Technical Expertise:

  • Communicate the technical aspects of products and services.
  • Conduct technical product training.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance.
  • Assist in designing custom solutions.

    Customer Support:

    • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support.
    • Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet customer requirements.

      Market Analysis and Strategy:

      • Conduct market research to identify trends.
      • Provide feedback to the product development team.
      • Develop and implement sales strategies.

        Reporting and Documentation:

        • Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions.
        • Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
        • Ensure all customer documentation is up to date.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical capacity.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin/Cantonese is mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to explain complex products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term relationships.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and RM software.
• Must have own transport and valid driving license.

• Starting salary: 2800 - 3500 MYR + allowance (negotiable)
• Inc EPF , SOCSO.
• Negotiable commission percentage on sales after probation period
