To support Senior Engineer in coordinate and plan new model feasibility

study

• Understanding project needs and expectations clearly.
• Preliminary definition of overall operation of new vehicle assembly project.
• Feasibility study on shopfloor for new vehicle in regards on logistics and operation for new vehicle project.
• Liaise with internal and external parties for benchmarking process for new vehicle assembly project.
• Initial definition of total operation of process; Direct & indirect manpower, assembly process tools & equipment, process cycle time.
• Establish RASI chart for project development and new operation coordination.
• Identifying alternatives for the project under consideration of risk, cost and project milestone.
• Collecting all possible data about practical alternatives.

2) To support Assembly Strategic Business (ASB) in all new projects

• Regular meeting with ASB team for sharing get detail info from customer.
• Provide technical data, investment, logistic concept, proposal layout and timelines.
• Technical presentation with customer

To support Senior Engineer in lead and plan pilot production of new models and variants with the support of customer

• To ensure the production line is ready with equipment, tools and structure before the SOP date.

4) To work closely with operation team during project implementation

• To ensure vehicles built during project implementation within specification, quality and meet customer’s standard.
• Ensure effective communication within the planning team and operation team to ensure project objective achieved.
• Check the plan established and work together with operation team to act according to the needs of situation.
• Ensure overall operation definition in accordance with ISO, IATF, TISAX.
• Proper project handover to operation team after project implementation within agreed timeframe.

To execute the General Duties of Employer under part IV Section 15 of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA 1994) and Environmental Quality Act (EQA 1974)
