ACCOUNTABILITY
- Provided excellent customer service which included warm welcome greetings, answering questions, handling customer complaints, and providing professional recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable retail environment for customers’ great shopping experience.
- Refill products that are running out and ensure the displays look neat and attractive.
- Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising, and perform daily stock count.
- Vigilantly observe and take appropriate action following company policies to prevent theft or mishandling of merchandise.
- Make sure that customers have all the necessary information about ongoing promotions, rewards programs, activities, and the store's return and customs policies.
- Handle cashier work if necessary.
- Propose stock transfer items and quantity for every SKU.
- Represent the company as the front-line ambassador, embodying company values through attire and customer interactions.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Min SPM / Diploma qualification.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Work 6 days a week, by following shift. Require to work during weekends and Public holidays.
- The ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin, and other local dialects is an added. advantage.
- Excellent selling skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal, and customer-oriented attitude.
OTHERS
- Applicant must be willing to handle liquor and wine products.
