Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in achieving sales targets, maintaining store appearance, and contributing to the overall success of the retail business.
You will also:
Greet customers who pass by or walk through the door in a friendly and approachable manner, and provide them with exceptional customer service
Be an expert in our products and in footwear in general, and provide honest recommendations to help customers find the right product and best fit
Follow up on customer orders and make sure all orders are properly fulfilled
Provide insights about operational processes, customer complaints, and product issues promptly
Answer all customer inquiries correctly and maintain good relationships especially with loyal customers
Organise stocks in the storage room, manage inventory list, and help keep the retail stores clean and organised at all times
Continuously update knowledge of new arrivals and trends within the footwear industry
Help colleagues and operations team whenever needed
Assist with ad-hoc tasks whenever needed

Passionate about customer service and experience maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times

Able to follow company instructions and processes closely
Willingness to learn about products and stay updated on industry trends
The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
A friendly demeanor and and a joy to work with
