Job Purpose: As a Data Management Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing data management solutions for SAINS. This includes researching, developing, and maintaining effective data systems to support our organization’s needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and enhance data management systems for organizational use. Ensure system reliability, performance, and security through regular updates. Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain data integrity. Integrate data from multiple systems into a centralized platform. Collaborate with IT and other departments for seamless data flow. Implement and enforce data governance policies. Monitor and address data discrepancies to maintain data quality. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Work closely with stakeholders to meet data requirements. Document system updates and maintain records. Handle special projects and other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in data management. Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of data management concepts, including integration, warehousing, and governance. Proficiency in structured database systems and data integration tools. Experience with SQL and other database query languages. Behavioral Attributes: Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
