About the Role:
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent service, smooth workflow, and adherence to quality standards. You will assist in leading and motivating the team, maintaining operational efficiency, and creating a welcoming environment for customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your leadership skills in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management and scheduling.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Support inventory management, including ordering and stock control.
- Supervise team performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
- Facilitate teamwork between kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other operational metrics.
Requirement:
· Previous experience in the F&B industry is preferred but not required.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
· Positive attitude, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
· Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
