JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities: • Achieve company and outlet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets. • Provide excellent and professional customer service by interacting effectively with customers, delivering product information, and completing sales transactions. • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. • Handle outlet operation tasks including cashiering, stock management, and merchandising. • Recommend products based on customer needs and creatively display products according to market trends. • Ensure a clean, tidy, and well-organized display to maintain a pleasant shopping environment. • Provide accurate and appropriate solutions to customer inquiries. • Continuously improve product knowledge through learning initiatives. • Manage inventory to minimize short expiry items. • Assist with any other ad hoc duties as required. Requirements: • Minimum SPM qualification. • Fresh graduates with diplomas or related science backgrounds are encouraged to apply. • Relevant experience will be advantageous. • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
